The modding community has given rise to some incredible projects, some of which have made their way to full retail releases, others providing their creators a well-deserved career in the videogaming industry. One of the latest fan-made projects built around an existing IP is Portal: Revolution, made by a volunteer team of global Portal fans, with a story taking place between Portal and Portal 2 that features new characters and locations.
Available for free via Steam this project boasts 40 new test chambers featuring new mechanics and clocks in at around 5 to 7 hours of playtime, based on information listed on the digital storefront.
