Poison Pill Entertainment (the temporary rebranding of Remedy Entertainment) released details around the anticipated first expansion pack for Alan Wake II, Night Springs, at this year’s Summer Game Fest - and along with this new trailer a released date of June 8th was revealed. The day after the trailer dropped. Needless to say, this was amazing news and having already had a first playthrough of this new content I was not disappointed - although it is fair to say I am somewhat biased.
Details of a physical release were also announced, with Limited Run Games handling a Collector’s Edition, and a mass retail Deluxe Edition including the Expansion Pass, an Alan Wake Remastered download, Digital Deluxe In-Game Content and a Reversible Cover Sleeve which launches October 22, 2024.
