The summer reveals for the latest Dragon Age game have been really exciting, with the announcement of the project changing its name from Dragon Age: Dreadwolf to Dragon Age: The Veilguard, a new reveal trailer and recently a fairly lengthy gameplay reveal.
These new trailers not only showcased the visual direction of the game, but also a roster of new followers, combat mechanics and plenty of Varric – which is awesome. Bioware have also kicked off their own official Discord server for various content, and more information surrounding the game is still expected over the next few days. While no exact release date has been given, currently The Veilguard is slated to launch on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 in Fall 2024.
