The release date for the Switch version of Outer Wilds has been confirmed for December 7th, 2023, with pre-orders now available.

It’s no secret, I’m a HUGE fan of Outer Wilds, a game that I will always have fond memories of. The setting, narrative, and gameplay loop (wink, wink) work perfectly together to create an incredibly special experience. I’ve played It on PlayStation, I’ve played it on Xbox, and now I get to play it on a Nintendo console. Having been announced a while back we finally have a confirmed release date of December 7th, 2023. Outer Wilds, Echoes of the Eye DLC, and the Archaeologist Edition that combines both comes are up for pre-order on the Nintendo eShop, with a physical release planned for sometime next year.
