Planet of Lana by Wishfully Studios is described as a ‘cinematic puzzle adventure’ on their website, a statement which feels like it doesn’t fully describe the beauty of the game. The Swedish indie game studio has created a stunning title, and the few hours spent experiencing the sci-fi adventure was a really special experience, one where you can feel the love a developer puts into their project.

The game tells the story of Lana as she attempts to rescue her sister from an alien threat that has invaded their world. On her journey she befriends a small creature named Mui and together they must overcome the various obstacles of this new threat, as well as those of the world around them.
Having just played through the game, I wanted to share some of the screenshots I captured following Lana and Mui on their journey, which hopefully highlight some of the amazing visual style of the game.
